The three day Leadership Development programme is now on sale for only £450 + VAT. You can then choose (or not) to complete the assignments to gain an ILM Award in Leadership and Management at Level 3, or an ILM Award in Team Leading at Level 2. Each assignment can be paid for on submission at a cost of only £99 + VAT per assignment plus a registration fee of £150 + VAT. You’ll need to do 2 assignments to gain an award.
